부모님 건강검진을 시켜드렸는데 혈압이 좀 높게나왔다.

연세가 있는 분들이라 꾸준한 관리가 필요할 것 같아서 가정용 혈압계를 알아보았다.
Since they are older, I thought they would need constant management, so I looked for a blood pressure gauge for them.
검색을 해보니 오므론 제품이 실제 병원에서 의료용 혈압계로 많이 이용한다고 하여 구매하게 되었다.
As a result of the search, Omron products were said to be widely used as medical blood pressure meters in actual hospitals, so I bought one.
우선 포장은 한글 스티커가 붙어있고 국제인증완료라는 표시가 눈에 띈다.
처음 들어보는 기관들이지만 중요한 곳이 아닐까?라고 믿어야지 모ㅎㅎ

상자를 열면 주머니에 담겨있는 모습이 보인다.
When you open the box, you can see it in your pocket.
박스에 보관하는 대신 주머니를 이용할 수 있을 것 같다.
I think you can use your pocket instead of keeping it in a box.
주머니가 좀 더 짱짱했더라면 하는 아쉬움이 좀 있지만 없는 것 보다는 훨씬 좋다.
I'm a little disappointed that my pocket would have been stronger, but it's much better than nothing.

구성품으로 본체, 보증서, 설명서가 들어있다.

세팅하는 방법부터 데이터 기록하는법까지 생각보다 내용이 많아 놀랐다.
I was surprised that there are more contents than I thought, for instance, setting and data recording method.
어차피 분명히 켰다 껐다만 하게 될 것 같아서 주의사항만 읽어보고 패스한다.
I think I will definitely just turn it on and off anyway, so I just read the precautions and pass.
외관은 깔끔하다.

시간세팅과 데이터기록을 위한 버튼들이 보이지만
가장 크게 쓰여진 START/STOP 버튼만 누를게 뻔하다.
You can see buttons for time setting and data recording, but it is obvious that only the largest written START/STOP button will be pressed.
배터리와 어댑터 모두 사용이 가능하지만 어댑터는 별매다.
Both batteries and adapters can be used, but adapters are sold separately.
혈압계 가격도 좀 나가는데 어댑터 한개쯤 같이 넣어줄 수도 있지 않을까 하는 아쉬움이 있다.
The price of the blood pressure gauge is a little high, so it would be better to put one adapter together.
뒷면에 AA건전지 4개가 들어간다.

IP20이라고 쓰여져있다.
It says IP20.
내가 생각하는 방진 방수 등급이라면 손가락이 끼이지 않을 정도의 틈이 없고 방수기능은 없다는 뜻이다.

이렇게 굵은 글씨로 쓸정도로 대단한 건 아닌 것 같은데..

건전지를 넣으면 날짜를 세팅할 수 있다.

초기날짜는 2013년으로 되어있어서 현재시점으로 바꿔주었다.

사용방법
How to use
사용은 간단하다.
It is simple to use.
1. 커프(팔에 감는부분)와 본체를 연결한다.
1. Connect the cuff (the part wound around the arm) to the body.
헷갈리지않게 색상과 모양을 통일해 놓은 것 같다.

2. 커프를 팔꿈치에서 1~2센티미터정도 위에 착용하면 자연스럽게 심장높이에 맞는가보다.

3. 아무것도 화면에 표시되지 않은 상태에서 START/STOP 버튼을 누르면 바로 측정이 시작된다.

화면 좌측하단에 OK라는 초록색불이 들어오면 제대로 착용하고 측정이 되고 있다는 의미다.

압력이 세게 들어오고 빠져나가면서 측정이 된다.

내 혈압은 125/87이 나왔다.
My blood pressure was 125/87.
현재 혈압이 정상구간의 어디쯤 위치해 있는지 화면 우측에 바로 표시된다.
It is directly displayed on the right side of the screen where the current blood pressure is located in the normal range.
정상구간이 135/85이므로 그 사이에 표시가 되어 있는 것을 볼 수 있다.
Since the normal section is 135/85, it can be seen that it is marked between them.
장점
사용법이 간단하다.
물론, 저장 등의 기능을 사용하려면 설명서를 숙지해야겠지만
단순히 측정만 한다면 START/STOP버튼만 누르면 된다.
Strengths
It is simple to use.
Of course, you need to be familiar with the instructions to use functions such as saving.
If you simply measure it, you only need to press the START/STOP button.
단점
커프와 본체의 연결부가 쉽게 빠지는 경향이 있다.
측정중에 빠지는 것은 아니고 약간 헐거운 느낌이다.
보관을 위한 이동시에 스위치가 자꾸눌려서 작동이 된다.
오작동을 막기위해 건전지를 빼서 보관하고 있다.
Weakness
The connection between the cuff and the body tends to fall off easily.
It doesn't fall out during measurement, but it feels a little loose.
When moving for storage, the switch keeps being pressed and operated.
Batteries are removed and stored to prevent malfunction.
총평
구매를 망설였는데 막상 사놓고보니 사용법도 간단하고
왠지 안심이 되는 이상한 그런게 있다.
부모님 선물용으로도 꽤 괜찮은 선택인 것 같다.
Overall review
I hesitated to buy it, but after buying it, it's easy to use.
There's something strange that makes me feel relieved.
I think it's a pretty good choice for parents' gifts.
